Now this is the way to do it if you’re not big on the look of ceiling fans.  Instead of spending a fortune on one just to get a trendy one, spend a fortune on one that disappears.  Sure, the light stays right there, but those fan blades tuck away until you’re ready to use them again.  With this you’re never stuck having a fan around at all times when you don’t need it.

The great thing is that even when the fan is running, the blades are completely clear.  With the blades out, they’re not going to draw a whole lot of attention to themselves.  It doesn’t take a lot to bring those blades out either, it just uses a little centrifugal force.  This features things like brushed chrome, frosted white glass and even a remote control.  It is a bit expensive though.  You can purchase it for $559 through Hunter.
